First Aid Services Discontinued
Services No Longer Available, First Aid Services Discontinued. Yes, you read that right and that's why you were redirected here. Recently posted on the front main page under Recent News, FreeBird Safety Services will no longer be conducting First Aid Services.
In all honesty, performing 20 plus minutes of CPR on the ground is easy compared to 2 long weeks on the floor and a training facility conducting recertification practical exercises for 6 plus hours a day. As of this past June 1st, 2026 I turned 58 years old and due to the 30 plus years in construction, the old body isn't what it use to be. Sometimes a man has to face facts, and let the younger generations save the lives. On a brighter side, I can spend more time and focus on education and training those construction workers in hopes they'll never need a first aid attendant.
It will take a bit to remove all references to this service, you have my deepest apologies for any inconvenience.
Still having all the past 10 plus years of experience, being recertified a few times prior, and having all my own equipment I can still be useful in a critical situation. However, I just cant have it as a chargeable service I provide to clients.
If needed I will assist if requested in an emergency as I am now covered under the Good Samaritan Act
Other services are still available especially Respirator Fit Testing and Fall Protection Training.
