Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. In the case of any online purchases from the Safety Supply Store or Best Online Safety Training, these are supplied by 3rd party companies and we as FreeBird safety Services are not liable or responsible for their products. However we will as the seller via this website will act on your behalf to the best of our ability to rectify a solution  

Prior to shipping any purchased product, all items are meticulously inspected and packaged as to protect it from any inadvertent damage during shipping procedures.  If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect.

 

Product Examinations 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

In the case of Occupational Health and Safety Documentation, these are designed by order and are specific to to individual companies. If mistakes are made, they will be repaired. However that survive is one of a contractually purchased item. That contract will supersede any notice of policy statement here and with in.  

 

Prepaid Services or Training, Cancellations and Refunds 

In regards to all non product sales of Services and/or Training, once a Services and/or Training has been commenced and/or completed, thus all sales will be final. If a cancellation has been received and is within the time period of 14 days after purchase and no fewer than 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the Services and/or Training (for short term calendar dates between purchase and date of  Services and/or Training) a cancellation is acceptable. However, we do understand extraordinary circumstances due arise in people's lives and for that reason other accommodations can be disgusted. In most cases a credit will be logged and awarded to the purchaser. If for some reason a full outright refuned of the purchase price is requested and accepted, a 20% service charge will be administered to the purchaser. 

Deposits for Scheduled Services 

  1. Any deposits received by FreeBird Safety Servicers for services that are scheduled to be conducted on a specific time and date, will not be returned if said service is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time and date.
  2. Cancellations received, acknowledged and accepted longer then 48 hours prior to said service may be eligible for a refund of their deposit, minus 35% for administrative services. 

 

Deposits for Developed and Designed Products

As some products require a large investment of time on behalf of FreeBird Safety Services in their creation, a deposit will be required prior to the beginning of said products creation. This is due to the amount of time required for the development and design process, especially when it comes to any custom made product. An example would be the development of a companies Occupational Health and Safety Manual and or Program. Deposits are set at 10% to 35% and are subject to conditions for requested cancellations of products. 

 Cancelation of Developed and Designed Products

If a requested administrative products Development and Design service was cancelled with in a 48 hour time frame from the time and date the deposit was accepted by FreeBird Safety Services, a refund may be granted minus a 35% administrative charge. However, afet the said 48 hour time frame if a cancelation for the ordered product was requested, the deposit in its entirety will be forfeited and not refunded.
